We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply deciding a piece isn't for you. All measurements, dimensions, and sizing details are clearly listed on each product page — please review them carefully before purchasing.

WHEN WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN

We will only accept a return and issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
• Your item arrives damaged or broken.
• You received the wrong item.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

If your order qualifies under the above conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return and process your refund promptly.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

We want you to love your jewelry. All sizing information — including ring sizes, chain lengths, pendant dimensions, and stone sizes — is clearly displayed on each product listing. If you have any questions before purchasing, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
